No need to bring full-time workers aboard and then worry about how you’ll keep them busy when there’s a lull in your business. Temporary help can build you a flexible workforce that’s dedicated to special projects or assignments for a specified time. Hiring someone on to your payroll can be a bit perilous. After all, in a direct-hire situation, you just meet with a job candidate a handful of times before making a decision.
