We have many skilled and reliable workers in our database, ready to go to work on short notice. But the real answer to that question is: it depends. Most clients call us with a few days’ notice. But others call us in the morning with a request for someone to work that afternoon. We’ve happily been able to accommodate both types. If you need several employees at once, it’s best to give us a few days’ notice. If we’ve worked with you before and you need just one or two people to work the next day, we undoubtedly will be able to accommodate your request.

Synergy Employment Group uses a variety of sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates, including database searches, networking, direct outreach, referrals, social media, job boards and attending job fairs or industry events.

We customize our screening process for every client. Per your request, we can perform a variety of screenings and checks, including reference checking, drug screening, credit checking, education verification, driving record screening, and more. Just let us know what your company’s policies are and/or the screening needs of a particular position and we’re happy to comply.

If you’re not happy with the performance of one of our employees on assignment at your company, just let us know and we’ll replace him or her. In addition, if you have one of our employees on a temporary-to-hire assignment who you’ve determined is not the right fit, we can replace that person as well. Bottom line? If you’re not happy with someone we send you, let us know as soon as possible. We’ll do everything we can to make it right.

Short answer: You’ll save time and money. Longer answer: Our whole business involves recruiting, so we’re always sourcing and vetting great people. We maintain the names and skills of these great people in a database, one which we can access quickly – thereby providing you with temporary (or even direct-hire candidates) in as little as a few hours. In addition, if you’re not satisfied with one of our employees, you can ask us to replace him or her. We often can do so within just hours. (Just try to do that with someone on your own payroll!). We also cover workers’ compensation, unemployment costs and payroll taxes.

Your cost will vary depending on several factors, including the number of people you need at your company (volume), workers’ compensation costs, as well as lead time for our recruiters/staffing managers. We assure you, however, that Synergy Employment Group is committed to providing you with great workers at competitive prices.
