What is HardHire Subscription?
HardHire Subscription is Synergy Employment Group’s monthly sourcing subscription program designed to help you fill the most challenging and hard-to-fill positions. This program is ideal for roles that require extra attention due to market conditions, skill scarcity, or other unique factors.
How It Works
Your subscription cost is calculated each month with a 30 percent markup on your approved advertising spend. You set the budget for clear control and transparency. HardHire Subscription gives you access to our recruiting expertise to attract qualified candidates for hard to fill roles. The minimum term is three months.
Full-Cycle Recruiting HardHire Subscription handles every step of the hiring process including advertising, sourcing, pre-screening, candidate matching, and interview coordination. The right candidates selected through this program go directly onto your payroll, becoming your employees immediately once you confirm they are a good fit.
Placement Fee A one-time placement fee of $250.00 will be billed at the time of hire for each successfully filled position.
Monthly KPI Reporting
Each month, we provide a detailed report that includes key performance indicators for your hiring initiatives:
